That the budget holes, is unfortunately nothing new. Is new is the attempt to these holes to fill even small sums to try. This happened in Stendal, like the black book revealed the association of taxpayers.

The Civil Engineering Department of the City of Stendal sent in the summer as usual assessments that are contributions to water management should be collected. In itself this is not objectionable. Strangely, however, appears that the Office also sent notices to 34 cents per year. This was even retroactively the years 2007 and 2008. After all, the cost of management work on these decisions many times are likely to be higher than the adopted decisions, criticized for even the federal government and the taxpayer took the case in its current black book.
In fact, it comes with "an outstanding debt of 0.68 € for two years," as stated in a communication, to ponder. Especially alone is the postage for this letter from the Civil Engineering Department at 55 cents.
