The purchase of low value goods in the room price of € 150 to € 410 should move business / self employed to 2010. The "Growth Acceleration Act" allows them then that is the choice between Immediate write-off in full or pool depreciation (20% per annum for goods to € 1000). You can then leave their depreciation better than before on their current income situation - and to keep liquidity, rather than pay it to the Treasury. These changes were recently adopted at a special meeting of the Cabinet. The law should not happen before Christmas, the Bundestag and Bundesrat, so that it can enter into force on 01/01/2010.
